Position Description:
Employer is looking for strong development team leadership to sustain our rapid growth. The role of Lead Java Developer will encompass leading a small development team. Responsibilities include overseeing the scoping, implementation, and support of multiple concurrent development tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience
• 5+ years of experience in front-end Java programming
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Developer a must
• Experience using Apache Tapestry or Wicket
• Experience developing high-traffic, consumer-facing web sites or high volume transaction processing
• Strong understanding of both OO and procedural design patterns
• Fluent with Oracle databases
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a basic programming/technical interview
• U.S. authorized
